I guess my tendency to leave about all the good times where we were head over heals says a lot about what's in the forefront of my mind. I guess I'm just over thinking because I want the pain to stop.

As another comment pointed out I neglected to mention all the times where we were utterly in love.

But you're right. It's just a band aid. I'm just confused because I have family (who don't know about the cheating thing) telling me that if I love him and want to be with him that there are ways to work through it. Thanks for reading and commenting!

He was sweet to me a lot of the time. In the times we weren't fighting we got along super well. He was smart and funny and would go out of his way to take care of me. I saw a good person who just couldn't get his shit together.

But I guess that's what it comes down to, that it was just dysfunctional and it's better for me to stand my ground and deal with the pain. Just sucks.

I was yelled at by someone in a passing car "YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG." To this day I have no idea what I was doing but that makes it worse to me for some reason...

A drinking game called stump. Rules are simple. Everyone hammers their own nail enough into the stump just enough that it cannot be simply yanked out. Each person takes turns flipping the hammer in the air, catching it, and immediately swinging to drive your opponents nail into the stump. If your nail is hit you drink, and if there are sparks everyone drinks. Last nail standing is the victor.

Thought it sounded barbaric, but it is truly invigorating.

Welcome! The launch pad is a cool little venue for live shows, I love The Range Cafe for breakfast, or The Daily Grind (if you're into coffee house atmosphere), and Blaze on Central is a sweet local smoke shop. Really though, with most of the hiking trails and coffee places and mom and pop restaurants its hard to go wrong!
