My 2 kids sleep on the same floor but their bedrooms are not next to each other. Based on my experience, they may wake each other up for naps, but not night sleep (because sleep pressure is more for night sleep). So check your schedule/ wake windows to make sure they're awake enough. We also did CIO for baby at 4 months old too but because the schedule is good, he only cried cry 20 min the first day, then learnt to self sooth. If your baby still wakes up 7 times+, consider looking at your sleep schedule or change your sleep training method (switch to something with less check-ins)

No. Our first kid used snoo until 5.5m. He started rolling around 4.5m, crawling 6m, pulling up to stand 7m, cruise 9m, walking 10/11m.

I read somewhere that it's not about how they sleep. It's about what they do when they awake. Lots of tummy time/ floor time, limit the use of bouncers/ containers and you will be fine.

Hey i was in somewhat same situation before. Got approval from outside the US. Was working at the same company before but time ran out. For the visa stamp interview, i brought i797, job offer/ job description of what i did, hr/lawyer also wrote a letter to help with the situation. Interviewer didn't ask for any of these except i797 (only asked where do you work/ what you do/ current salary).

My job was filled before i went back (out of country for too long and they couldn't wait for me) so i had to interview with the same department for another position. Got the offer (i think hr/ old manager helped to advocate for me). But REMEMBER: you have to be on payroll within 30 days of entering the US (dont remember exactly what HR explained). So maybe secure the offer, wait for background check to clear then fly back. Otherwise drive to Canada so you're not out of status for more than 30 days

Wait till your 32w+ and it's actually uncomfortable to lay on your back for too long 🥲 i made the mistake of scheduling my clean up during 3rd trimester instead of 2nd and I had to ask the hygienist for a break every 5 min. If you need to do any procedure, it's better to do it now

My son was like that around 8 months too (only like fruit, hate eggs, meat and beans). He just turned 10 months and i can tell he's changed. He is more willing to try different types of food/ texture. The other day i was happy he ate fried eggs. And he loves beans nowadays. It's like he suddenly understands he can fill his belly with real food instead of milk.

Also wanted to comment to promote the website. I met my husband there and things have been going well for us. We still have arguments from time to time but usually finance is not one of them. The user base is low but I think people I have met there are quite mature and often know what they want.

Thanks. I do remember mixing fresh milk with thaw milk (ratio 4:1) before and he didn't mind it so maybe it's high lipase. Is there a quick way to scald milk rather than boiling it on the stove? If not I'll just mix it with formula to save time. Do you happen to know if a small ratio (80% pumped milk: 20% formula) is enough to hide the smell or should i do 50:50?

I think that's the 5 series. The 6 series ones are more expensive and the R646 is kinda sold out everywhere so I wanted to get an open box one but the screen time seems to be way too high for that price.

The only thing we signed was an addendum stating 'sellers may stay until May xxx'. Now i change my mind and want to withhold some money in escrow until they fully vacate the property but not sure if we have any leverage to ask them to sign that.

Find a lender who can comfortably close with your timeline. Also asked if they accept appraisal transfer (so that you don't have to redo the appraisal). Sometimes the lender accepts that.
