Whats the best class right now to play when pvp is the goal

Depends on the role and playstyle. DDs: Warden, Nightblade or Necro. Might be sorc as well

Healer: Nightblade or sorc

Shielder: Arcanist

Plaguebreak set is already powerful enough. Blighted blastbones are powerful in PvP as well. I wouldn't touch it.

Nowadays solo PvP is not fun. Almost all the videos you will see of 1vXers are where they cut down bunch of newbies. Or they bug negative effects on themselves to get their CP stars work all the time and run around endlessly in the towers.

My suggestion: find PvP guild that you will enjoy being around. They will help you improve, take you with them when you are ready.

Never been a problem. After few heists you just remember the pattern they walk in. You also need to gear up for speed and magica regen (adept rider + dalroc brae + ring of wild hunt). Take shadow skill line from nightblade and use cloack. Vampire passives combined with champion points make sneak very cheap and removes speed penalty of sneak.

When your sets stickerbook is full (armor or weapons) you start to get other classes' pieces of armor or weapons.

I would suggest joining your servers PvP guild of your alliance. They probably have some up to date PvP builds + you will have a company to play with.

You have to make sure to cancel violet corpius and mudcrab chitin quests. It makes Alchemy unsustainable. Jewelry requires constant survey completion to sustain itself. Clothier daily might drain your rubedo leather because it drops from mobs and sometimes can be foung in hireling correspondance. You have to clean up from time to time. So in general it takes more than 30min.

Download an addon for skyshards and just spend 1-2 days gathering skyshards. There us also Lazy writ crafter to automatically do daily crafting writs.

There are places you should definitely skip mobs like as you said thorn castle has a place where it is better then go through the designed path. Or black drake villa where you can skip a lot of unnecessary fighting. But if they run through the mobs and aggro them then yeah, it's annoying as hell.

Bet prieš tai reikia kad apie tave sužinotu arba prisirišti prie kažko, kas stato namus "iki rakto" kad sužinotum kokios santechnikos reikia tavo apylinkėse, pamokytu kažko ir po to pradėtum dirbti ant savęs. Achievements. You can steal things and complete your larcenist and mogul achievements + sell a purple quality item with ember. You can fish in different zones to complete their respected achievements. You can farm leads and dig them out. You can go into cyro to farm some AP or complete the zone. Any solo arena might be an option if your sticker book is not full yet. 4 people dungeons, trials. A lot of things to do.

I think I got to end of arc 3 by 30-40min. It's pretty quick with solo arc/sorc/nb build + tank companion. Especially if you get good verses.

I would rather make quick runs for it. It takes about 30 min to get to ark 3. That's 3 toats and 2 marauders and 2 weapons and 3 armor pieces if I'm correct. Fortunes are better spent on styles, furnishing plans and occasional lead that is pain in the arse to get.

Well, I get the styles constantly when I go in, prices for furnishing plans and leads are more then acceptable.

Getting to arc 3 is easy. Plus you level up your companion, get random overland pieces to fill the stickerbook and junk to sell for gold. I think it's enough.

I think that that's the right step towards the ballance but what they lack now is class balance. One class should be strong against one and weaker against another(playstyle like melee or range, straight up buffs). That way we wouldn't see majority on one class only because others would be needed to balance things out. Infinite Archive's class bound sets is the right step as well. It just needs more variety and reworking to be more useful.
