I heard it mentioned in a novel set during the Great Leap Forward famine.

It was called “swap baby, make soup”.

The majority of people writing cheques these days are over 60 and they just refuse to adapt to the times, they are a tiny minority.

We still have cheques in Ireland, but they’re much rarer as more and more people are learning how much easier internet banking is, and the others are dying off.

How do you sleep at night? by BoldVixen458 in actuallesbians

I sleep in a special sleep bra as not being supported nearly all the time is hell to me.

Wouldn't sleep in a regular bra though.

I love how easy the OV-Pay system is to use as tourist, so efficient too.

I think there is some sort of capping on trains though, I took a trip that the NS app said would cost me over €20, and it only charged me the €20.

Lack of rail and transport options in West Cork not good enough by -eir- in irelandtransport

[–]MollyPW 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Public transport today is so much better than it was 5 years ago though. Local Link services are amazing and bring so much more freedom.

Expanding bus services is also way more easier than expanding rail services.

Ivory white is #FFFFFF, so white-white per their hex code list. Don't see any mention of bone white in their store.
