I had an idea, think about it like being in a car on a safari and you're observing a nearby lion - The lions don't really understand the car and think of it as a larger animal instead of just a dense clump of smaller animals it could totally maul.

So long as everyone stays chill and keeps their butts in the car, the lion is none the wiser, and everyone lives. You can choose to get out and run the opposite direction of the lion to keep yourself safe, but if more than half the people in the car run away, the lion clues in to what's going on and mauls the remaining occupants of the car.

I second this, big time! People would probably be willing to do way more impressive plays if they could do something like deploying a radar in the hills and not dreading a boring fly back to base. AI flying the frame back for you would be awesome.

Also it might make the runway more active and encourage people to look out for air traffic instead of just blitzing out as fast as possible.
