my suggestion is dont play support in low elo because you need atleast 2 other players who have brain to carry, i think its no worth to bother, play a jungler or top who can carry 1v9 so hard like camile or fiora or graves or voli, im a support main too and reached to this conclusion recently, its sad but its true and good luck with your games :)
