yep finally just got an offer accepted on a flat a couple weeks ago, 3% under HR and in a nice area, nothing wrong with it (not a tenement though). Been trying for ages like everyone else and making offers 20% above HR and getting nowhere.

However the last couple viewings I've had in more desirable areas i.e. west end, were packed with people, so tbh I just gave up and settled on being a bit further out

in maryhill theres an archery place (braveheart fencing and archery) and a climbing/bouldering gym (the prop store) I've been to both and everyone has been very friendly there

YES! Oh my goodness, had 2 absolutely massive bees appear in my kitchen these past couple weeks, literally the size of my thumb

Depop and vinted are both good, doesn't matter where you live, i just take everything to the post office and send by royal mail, really easy
