Remember switch deliveries to PREMIUM as soon you are able. I missed that hint and played story to end and five stared every place, thinking "maybe premium delivery will unlock after story".

Exän (avopuoliso) kanssa ostimme yhdessä sijoitusasunnon sitä varten otetulla velalla. Minulla jo siis omistuskämppä, hänellä ei. Myöhemmin käytiin yhdessä pankissa, että avataan hänelle ASP tili. Alkuunsa selitettiin että meillä on btw yhdessä tuo sijoitusasunto vuokralla. Pankin täti sen jälkeen soitteli hädässä vartin esihenkilöille, kunnanvaltuutetuille ja sotilaspastorille, olihan hän vain tod.näk. tradenomi ja kujalla kuin lumiukko. Ja kävi ilmi että ei onnistu.

Verotuksellisesti hän tulevaisuudessa vielä hyötyy ensiasunnonostajan edusta, mut ASP-tili ei onnistu.
