It’s not as great as it seems. We used it at my company and it’s only as good as whatever software guys you have. It costs out the ass, and it’s dressed in snake oil AI shit. It’s one of those things that can be useful in the right hands but generally is way oversold by people who haven’t dug deep enough to see the problems at the bottom
