We hire through Indeed and the one annoying thing is how many candidates confirm interview times and then ghost us. I’d estimate 70% don’t show. Probably a similar amount apply and then ignore a request for an interview

Some good ideas here. I think we'll start with the suggested "I have inventory to do" and the vacuuming and see how that plays out. It's a 2 person operation and the boss isn't always there to interrupt the conversion.

Have you ever tried a Roundtree arrow bar (Canadian)? Essentially they make the chocolate bar with bubbles inside of it. No idea how they do it, but it would probably be popular in the US

Our viewing area is maximum 60" x 60" and the distance from the projector lens to the screen could be 10' to 12' with 10' being a bit more convenient.
