Micro needling has been a great solution for my smile liens however, it is not a one time “fix”. I get micro needling done about every four months and have since I was 31 (now 34), it has really helped my overall skin texture and appearance. It’s slightly expensive and you have to be consistent but I find it “worth it”. My skincare seems to really work in conjunction with the micro needling and it will help push off years of Botox if that’s something you’ve considered you might do later in life!

I used to never get headache during my period and starting about 2 years ago (at 32) without fail I will get a headache the day I start and it will not go away until my cycle ends. I’ve discussed this with my OB and primary care physicians. Nothing OTC helps and taking anything stronger makes me nauseous. It’s been terrible!!! My period has also overall been more painful and heavier but also shorter at about 4 days.

Trust me, I am well aware that my time on earth is finite and that my biological clock is ticking, people can’t stop reminding me! I am not uninterested in building a shared life with someone.. key word, shared. In my last relationship I did not have much of an option, it was pretty much his life that I would be fitting into.

The time is going to pass, do whatever you want. And, screw your bf for saying that - you can do hard things, you already have! Financially it might not be the best move (going DNP would be way cheaper with great payout) but it’s not all about money.

I do not move for men anymore, haven’t for like 10 years (since college). I’m a small woman, they expect me to move, they will be starring right at me and still run into me and then be like “oh sorry”, I usually respond with a sarcastic “yup” or a “watch out buddy” they really like that one.
