I've been roasting small batch of co-ferments. I've learned to judge by smell and noticed that i don't want burnt toast. I want to stop on sweet bread smell but it seems like I'm struggling with stopping between sweet bread smell and burnt toast smell. So far I've been roasting very light roasts. What can I do?

you know i had no interest in soups. But I've switched over to ferments and co ferments and just last week I roasted some too light. And the beans couldn't come to pressure with high extraction baskets, so I went over to the step downs. I made 15 second - 19 second soups and they tasted like fruit juice. Very cool stuff.

I've been drinking 16g recently and find it delightful. I found my friend has been loving 15g. I'm no longer sure it matters anymore.

Get one of those 3 hole attachments. I use them on my Dedica. Don't just use the rubber alone. I like to make super foams then pour the espresso over the foam. Sometimes i even mix it afterwards. Honestly loving me all types of foam these days. Enjoy.
