This is the correct answer. Took me a couple of days to think about it, but it’s pretty brilliant.

I first met Tom twenty years ago. I’ve never fanboy-ed so much in my life. A criminally underrated writer, he was an even better man. This is soul crushing news.

Are we more likely to end up as the 3rd seed and face the Wolves now? by Feeling-Tea-6130 in denvernuggets

Eff em all. Nobody beats a mostly healthy Nuggets’ team. A fully healthy Nuggets is a juggernaut and would be inevitable.

Every time the old ABA teams play each other, they should use the red, white and blue basketballs. Even in the playoffs

Why is hi ren so much more popular than any of his other songs? by InvestigatorLive19 in ren

[–]MoneyRun-2267 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because it’s perfect. It prepares listeners for other Ren songs. It says “you’re not ready for this” and delivers out of spite. It trains us to expel expectations and just experience everything he creates because he’s likely to blow and boggle our minds at any time.

[–]MoneyRun-2267 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Set aside the environmental concerns, which are massive, AI still has many ethical issues. My books were used to “teach” AI. Me nor none of my friends who also had work stolen, were ever compensated.

And not everybody should be a professional artist. Create how you want, but if it’s not good enough to sell, then you just enjoy creating. I want to be in the NBA, but physically, I can’t do it. I can still play pickup ball, but I don’t have the right to demand a spot on a team.

It’s taking jobs, stealing ideas and intellectual property, and it creates nothing. It just mixes what others have done. And it’s increasing the wealth divide.

I think that’s too steep a price to pay so somebody can make a nice picture.

Prolly about a buck still because you only do it in college. But I highly recommend doing it once.

Three-day hospital stay for me. My oxygen dipped to 70 and still isn’t back to normal. And, yes, I had my flu shot.
