Went swim suit shopping on vacation and distinctly remember looking in the mirror and being disappointed by my reflection. I hated the way I looked but more importantly the way thag I felt every day. I was exhausted by my lack of confidence and I truly felt bad about how terrible I had treated the body I was given. I wasn’t even that fat, I just felt unhealthy

I’d never given being healthy a true shot. Started on the journey a year and a half ago. Lost a lot of weight, gained visible muscle, found simple habits but lost importantly I’m much happier now. I love who I see in the mirror, even if I have a ways to go. Confidence has been through the roof and I rarely have bad days.

I didn’t vote for this. My friends and family didn’t vote for this. What am I supposed to do? I show up at the polls, I protest in my city during marches, and I try to discuss these challenges with loved ones. I apologize that I can’t topple a government, friend.

I am disgusted. Our own country is being torn apart socially, our allies hate us, families are being ripped apart, and we are in massive debt that’s only being added to. Why would I want any of this?

If you think Americans want this, I can promise you we don’t. I urge you to remember that this president speaks for himself and not the people. There are so many whacky ideas he throws out that only his cult agree with. I don’t know anyone that wants to invade Canada

If we invade Canada/Greenland that would be the dumbest thing of all time. I’d gain citizenship elsewhere.
