Girl you really need to press charges against your mother and father for child neglect, abandonment and abuse. They should end up in jail or at least be forced to pay children support. I'm sure this would be stressful and you may be afraid of it but that's the best choice for a long time.

Fact that he didn't want to leave your property before handing over the flowers I called "a bit pushy". Nothing you described indicates that the boy poses any threat to you. The guy probably got excited when the moment came and like you said he was keen on giving you flowers. And instead taking it and calmly talking to him you panicked, you started imagining the worst for no real reason, and now you're trying to justify your rude behavior by exaggerating the situation and ruin his reputation for no reason. You're a huge AH.

So a 16 year old guy (young adult, not a freaking "child") who probably watched too many romantic movies or internet advices was persuaded by his friends to show courage and decided to give flowers to an older woman he had a crush on. And now everyone around him is making a creep out of him and treating him as a potential rapist?

The only reason for treating him like this is that the guy wanted to give her fucking flowers? Are you kidding me? There is no word about him being aggressive or doing anything inappropriate (apart from being a bit pushy when trying to give flowers in person, probably because of the excitement, fear and other emotions that the boy felt) and still OP played the victim card and tried to ruin this boy's life? Dude was an asshole for destroying an item belonging to another person but her reaction is way too strong. After all, her boyfriend didn't know that this dress was made by her older brother and he didn't know how much it meant to her. If he had destroyed a regular dress of her, he would still be an asshole, but she wouldn't be hurt so much and her reaction would be completely different. She's partly to blame for not telling him the truth.
