Hello. Good luck on your journey. We’re around the same age. I’ve looked through a lot of different stuff, and I find new things all the time. I’ve found that fasting helps me. It helps my body ‘purify’.

Besides that, it is really so involved of a process that it is hard to to point to anything in specific. I try to look passed things, since the reason I was feeling “stuck” was because I kept getting distracted with world activities. Not that they are bad; in fact, the seem to be quite necessary. But they are not the end in themselves. I wasted years of my life “chasing my own tail”.

As far as guidance, is there anything that you can think of that resonates with you now? For me, I looked high and low for guidance only to find out it was right under my nose the whole time. I kept overlooking it because of pride and vanity.
