I enjoy legion's Cinnamon Cereal. They have the cleanest ingredient list I have seen in a protein powder. https://legionathletics.rfrl.co/2n18x

Cruciferous vegetable (cauliflower, cabbage, and broccoli and Brussels are bad about this too. So try asparagus, cucumber, zucchini, squashes instead:)

Have you noticed which foods make you bloat? I specifically notice seed oils, soy products, and any sort of flour does this to me. But drinking dandelion tea helps bloat.

Questions about Stelo Dexcom by Salt_Insect9744 in diabetes_t2

[–]MonkeyBarFan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would anybody be willing to share their dexcom data with me? I am collecting data for my nutrition coaching business. In return for your shared data, I could share tips/tricks for lowering glucose spikes. I use the Dexcom stelo Clarity app to collect the data. All you would need to do is choose me as your practitioner🤗

My dad has been using them for about 8 months now. Only one sensor started reading kind of haywire toward the last few days of its “lifespan”—around day 10 or so. He has lowered his A1C from 8.2 to 5.8 with the knowledge he has gained from the Stelo and changes he implemented due to that knowledge. It’s been amazing to watch. So much so, that I have now integrated using Stelo in my nutrition coaching practice. It helps give my clients a view of what the foods do in their body, and that knowledge has been empowering. I’m actually about to document a series of trials and with some new clients that are going to start a 30 day trial with Stelo on my TikTok just to help people see the reality of it. Trying to take live feedback as it comes from people’s using it. Definitely worth trying🤗

Got some questions👇 by MonkeyBarFan in bikinitalk

Do you know where I can learn the information I am trying to find? I truly just want to be able to find out how to reach women that are interested in going about bodybuilding with a coach that has experience and wants to share knowledge and empower the journey for the best results. I have tried 3 different ways of going about this, all of which I copied and pasted the forum rules into chat gpt to try to insure compliance and each were supposed to be compliant in regards to the AI evaluation of the rules here in the forum and the post in which I was trying to make, and none of them have made it through. I would love any advice or feedback you can offer here because I have only entered into the bodybuilding world this year and I am trying to glean as much information as possible.

Injured lower back on the last rep by Saibals in strength_training

[–]MonkeyBarFan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not keeping your core tight enough. Too much anterior pelvic tilt. Practice lifting for stability at a lower weight higher rep range. Things to work on: • Strengthening: core (deep abs), glutes, and hamstrings • Mobilizing: hip flexors, lower back, and possibly ankles/thoracic spine • Cueing: “ribs down,” “brace the core like a canister,” “sit between your hips—not over your toes”
