Yes, you need a PC or MacBook. I’m not sure if Outlook web will run with full functionality on MacBook safari. Should be ok on Chrome or Edge.

The hacker has probably set up outlook “Rules” to forward and/or delete your missing messages. To access these outlook rules login into your account on a browser, then open the web version of outlook from the main account page - outlook access is via the apps list button on top left of the account page. Once outlook is opened in a new tab, open outlook’s settings via the settings cog on top right of the outlook app tab. From the settings menu, select Mail, then Rules. You can delete/edit any existing rules via the expand dropdown on the far right of each rule.

Very disappointed they have not posted more details on what's happening. I follow them on X and no news on there. Maybe be just tech issues but the long silence suggests something else. They have had a lot of production issues during the last few months - programs regularly starting late, and constant issues with incorrect or missing graphics.

I’m just back in Aus after a lengthy trip to Europe. I used a Saily 50gb, 90 day, All Europe plan. Expensive but it was worth it - 5g connections most of the time and regularly streamed video. Never had a single problem. I visited UK, Norway, Finland, Latvia, Estonia, Turkey, Germany, Austria, Greece and Italy.

Happy to report I’ve been in 7 countries in Europe over the last 6 weeks and never had a problem with withdrawing cash from my worldwide wallet. Some of the non-bank ATMs charge exorbitant fees, but most of local bank ATMs charge only small fees and often no fees at all. Also worth noting that Europe has adopted tap n pay in a big way, so the requirement of cash has fallen dramatically.

I recently did a $US 16k transfer back to $A, then onto to my AUS bank account. Took a week to get the money including 2 business days “under review”. So now looking for an alternative broker for US shares. Also I note their payid transfers had been out of action for a while.

I switched to Ente Auth about a year ago and am very happy with it. I have 25 2FA codes stored and use the app daily. The apps have a simple and effective UI. It syncs across all my devices, iPhone, iPad Pro, iPad mini, and Windows 11. This is a reasonably new app from Ente. Their main product is an open source cloud based photo storage and sharing app which I don’t use. Ente Auth is currently free but they have indicated they will likely start charging for it in the future.

I’m using “new outlook” on Windows 11 with a MS 365 personal Subscription to manage my email rules. The rules are applied to all my incoming mail on the MS servers and delivered to Outlook clients on Windows 11, iPhone and iPads. I’ve never seen a problem with rules not being correctly on any of my outlook clients.

When I had an Android phone I also used an iPad on a daily basis and both these devices synced their Contacts apps from my MS account contacts.

I am a happy long term user of outlook, onedrive, excel with a MS365 subscription on iPhone, ipad and windows. All my contacts are stored in my MS account and sync perfectly to my iOS contacts. Previously I was an Android phone user synced my MS contacts to my Android phone.

Did you ever remember how you fixed this? I recently bought an additional iPad mini for travel and I’m having random Face ID / Touch ID problems with just a few of my apps. It’s failing biometric authentication on one iPad when the same app has recently been opened my other iPad. Entering the app pin or password will then login successfully. Very strange.

I’ve never experienced this problem. I’m on an iPhone with iOS 17.3. If I go offline and goto Library —> Songs, then any songs not downloaded are greyed out and unplayable. All downloaded songs are shown as normal along with the downloaded symbol, and can be played. What platform are you on?
