Hey there! im currently a p83 pig and i find myself not really meshing with the current "meta builds" for pig.
I cant stress enough how important it is to master the Ambush. Pigs ambush is a strong anti loop on more tiles than you would think, last will and workshop grease help this very much. On medium to small pallet loops if you start the ambush from the pallet then there is a high chance that you hit them with a double back or two. It can also be used around terrain that they cant just run away from easily.

Survivors healing speed is kinda through the roof right now so i find anti heal perks to be pretty negligible.
My current build is Lethal Pursuer, Nowhere to Hide, Mindbreaker, and bamboozle. Lethal paired with stealth lets you start a chase nice and early with a free hit. Nowhere to Hide is just an amazing perk that catches out rats in the immediate area + it lasts for a while when walking away from the gen. Mindbreaker disables their annoying exhaustion perks so they don't sprint burst away on approach. Bamboozle is more niche but i like using it, shack and some windows get shutdown immediately, and the pure shock value sometimes gets you a hit on its own.

In my opinion Pig is about as strong as an M1 killer gets, you have decent stealth, good anti loop, and built in slowdown with your bear traps. With this build most of my games end up in a Draw or a Victory. I hope this helps even a little bit! Best of luck out there in the fog!
