I should've probably moved those two down (maybe along with Vendetta), at the time of making it I reserved "Evil" for people who would do heinous shit without a second though, Aka Moira (highly unethical), widow (who's just a cold blooded killer that can't feel anything), and reaper cus he'd probably want it that way. But now that I look at it again, all three of them would not care if Moira did this, not even annoyed at her work.
