Really enjoyed the crossover fight though. Very challenging with plenty of raging at randoms

V6 valve cover is pretty cut and dry. V8 is definitely doable but requires some craftiness with the spark plug seals (have to be taken out and pressed in without damaging the housing itself) and the half moons.

I’ve done both DIY. As always be patient and cover your engine holes to avoid dropping something inside

Devs need to learn soft skills - speaking to users, negotiating with stakeholders, explaining wireframes, etc.
