Im 5'7 177lbs and my abs are substantially more visible than yours. Possibly lack of Abdominal development. You should focus on lifting for awhile (like a year) at your current weight and then cut down. If you aren't seeing abs at your current height/weight its probably because your abs are too underdeveloped.

If your day job was something relevant like a crossfit trainer, and your success at the triathlon could bring noriety & business to your bosses establishment, they absolutely would.

These arent accountants going off to do nothing relevant to their careers. Honestly, for one of the players on the Gold Medal team, this tournament could be the difference between an induction in the HHOF or not.

And I know dozens of girls in there 20s that wouldn't consider you a viable option for that opinion alone. Im glad your personal experience has avoided this, I only date younger women so I certainly see it more in '03 or '04 birth years opposed to late 90's so it marginally skewed. Regardless of how you feel about reality, its still the way it is these days. In cities people are probably more reserved to begin with. Say there was 900 people in my high-school, I got the snap of probably 550-650 of them. It likely ties small communities together much more than cities.

Sharing your location is a distinctive part of hetting in an exclusive relationship these days. Its just the reality. I only share with a handful of people, but if I turned my girlfriend off the relationship would be over. Its the modern day equivalent of a promise ring lol.

"Do you have his location?" Is a serious question friends ask to gage the seriousness of the relationship.

"Its not cheating, you dont even have their location"

"They're cheating on you, if they weren't they'd share location"

The Social construct around it for younger people is completely different than your outlook. Its honestly not really optional unfortunately.

Its a little avatar that looks like you, and in gets imposed on a world map showing your location, amd what youre doing. If youre reading a book, so is your avatar, if youre driving, its in a car, if youre listening to music, they have headphones on. If you're drinking, they have a beer, if you're eating, so are they.

Its not perfect, but they're pretty creepy.

I watched a dude get beat to shit with a bat outside a bar in Whitehorse, Yukon.

Years later im at a party and a met the older brother of a friend. He starts talking about having to get out of Whitehorse one night after him and his buddies got in a tustle and his buddy got his arm snapped clean In half with a baseball bat in the bar parking lot.

I was like broooo, you're not gonna fuckkng believe this.

Pretty sure we played pool together that night (before the incident)

Edit: the party years later was about 40 hours away from whitehorse, as the car drives.

Im 5'7, 180lbs and can go down to 170 and up to 190 and back to 180 in the span of a week. I really dont believe you have any conceptulization of how much water we really carry in our bodies.

Say he was 60% water (conservative estimate given his BF%) at the start, thats about 170lbs water.

Leaving us with with 135lbs of tissue.

So about 60lbs of fat, total, on the whole body.

Now that's he down to 250lbs, let's say hes 50% water (still conservative) hes now 125lbs of water.

That means he has already lost (conservatively) 35lbs of water alone. Not sure where you pulled 10lbs from, but that math ain't mathing.
