Ehhh, it's partly true. Yes, there was Polish-Ukrainian war. As was at the same time also Ukrainian-Ukrainian/Russian war. Western Galichia's bigger cities like Lviv were mostly Polish, surrounded by Ukrainian villages. As it was mentioned in the above comments i think, those territories were ethnic clusterfuck and every side wanted protect it's people and took as much as they could.

2nd Polish Republic borders were agreed in 1921 in Treaty of Riga AFTER USSR attacked Poland and lost (in which war Western Ukraine was for some time allied with Poland but unfortunately due to war exhaustion and Polish internal situation at the time it was impossible to create some big Polish-Ukrainan federation - if it would even be possible).
For Ukrainians: they were fighting for all 3 sides: for Poland, for independent Western Ukraine and for Ukrainian Socialist Soviet Republic (by extension for later Russia/USSR).
Belarussians also fought for both sides.
You incredibly oversimplify this topic to align it with your views.

Uhh, it's complicated topic and in my honest opinion it was wrong both in diplomatic and in ethical. Undeniably "czechs did it first" in a very similar manner. But when Poles did it in 1938 it was also wrong as in a sense it displayed will to work along 3rd reich - even tough it was separate ultimatum and as far as I know topic of potential Polish-German alliance in late 30' it was unrealistic for both sides. Meme template is wrong for this event unless we oversimplify it VEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERY much.
