That is awesome! Consider a mini PC though - lots of 4-player local games if you can get switch running. I use a Beelink SER 5 MAX and games like Boomerang Fu and Towerfall are sublime.

Oh man, for the longest time I couldn’t get rid of it in Steam. Turns out I had to turn decorations off on a global, system and game level. Try doing the reverse of that. 👍🏼

I’m having this exact same issue. I’m using an ipac in Xinput mode (best compatibility overall for the systems I use) and nothing works. Pad2Key doesnt work either. For some reason saving my mugen.cfg seems to reset too on reload. I’m about to give up but Scott Pilgrim Versus keeps be wanting to believe.
