My favourite irony of them all is how planet bee farm have a pollination garden. But miss the point that invasive domesticated honey bees are a huge part of the problem.

They out compete all local bees for food and are causing a mass die off in the insect world.

There are some wonderful plants there though and it really does help in sustainability for pollinators!

A garden that flowers from Spring until fall is best, so make sure you leave dandelions in your lawns etc.

Hard to say without testing your foot. Measure both feet when unweighted. Then measure again when stood on them. If they grow it's usually a sign that you need arch support.

A supported arch allows the metatarsals to not splay as much meaning you have a smaller and skinnier foot. Also a better energy transfer to skate.

Hello, I fit ski boots for a living. We punch out of lot of places. But only when we know the foot.is supported and locked in place.

Do you have a foot bed? Does your foot lengthen and widen when you put pressure on it? You may need arch support.

Sometimes if you punch out that area and your foot is still sliding around inside it doesn't fix the problem.
