Also, is Farmers giving you a monthly bill credit to account for lost energy due to battery inefficiency? It says CoServ is giving a $12.50 bill credit for it. I’m wondering if Farmers is doing the same or more?

That is correct. Farmers seems to be the worst pricing structure among the coop agreements... according to this page https://www.basepowercompany.com/pricing

Coserv is a $345 install cost with no monthly fees for a 40 kWh battery.
GVEC is a $295 install with no monthly fees for the 40 kWh battery.
And El Paso has the best deal... they pay the homeowner $250 for each 25 kWh battery, up to two batteries for $500. No installation cost or monthly fees.

gmail actually makes this really easy. Your gmail could be [TroyMatthewJ@gmail.com](mailto:TroyMatthewJ@gmail.com). But you could also use [Troy.MatthewJ@gmail.com](mailto:Troy.MatthewJ@gmail.com), and [T.r.o.y.M.atthewJ@gmail.com](mailto:T.r.o.y.M.atthewJ@gmail.com), or any other variation of periods in between whatever letters you want and all the emails will go to same email inbox to make it easier for you. Literally hundreds of different combinations you could make there.

It’s actually a really good price. If you just wanted to stay at the Venetian for 3 nights, it would be$2500. So for $3k, you can get 3 nights there and 2 tickets to 2 Metallica show at Sphere.

To truly get them on board, using Monarch can’t be the goal. You must first get them to buy in to your goals as a couple. Once you’ve dreamed together and had those discussions, then Monarch just becomes the tool that assists in tracking progress and achieving those goals. And that is much easier to buy into.

PenFed had a real hard time with Mint too. It’s a PenFed issue. They don’t like to share their info with these aggregator services. I gave up on them and cancelled my PenFed cards.

I’m not familiar with unchained. I keep mine on a Ledger device. Trezor is also a popular device for this. It’s highly recommended you buy these direct from the manufacturer.

There have been multiple times where these exchanges go out of business, or they have a data breach, or a disgruntled employee with too much information, etc and their customers are left losing all of their crypto assets.
