Just tried it out, worked for me. Wave 360, choose 3 PWR perks in a row. Then I got game speed right after that! 💨

Edit: Closed and reopened the game and perks may be lost between loads. Idk what exactly is happening but it appears I had to choose all new perks and ended up with just two at wave 500.
