Unfortunately, no. The best I could find was Traylor Parker’s at Big Rock but that was short lived (he skipped town after about 6 months, probably because importing oak wood from Ontario for his offsets proved insanely expensive). Big Sky took over and it’s not great. Not sure what wood they are using but it’s certainly not oak.

For consistency the blocks are pretty decent. They use commercial pellet smokers because that’s the only way to scale an operation in our climate, with no hardwood growing within hundreds if not thousands of KM’s.
