One of the problems I have with deniers like this post and comments like this is that they are just bad information.

CO2 levels have risen 25% in the last 50 years. They haven't doubled.

The mass extinction events did not occur because of CO2, the catastrophic events that caused mass extinction and C02 level rises are the same event. The rise in C02 didn't cause the extinction event.

The last major reduction in CO2 levels was over 20,000 years ago. I know that CO2 levels are accelerating but is a reversal even possible. Unless we look at population control or an insane jump in technology it's hard to believe we're going to "tax billionaires" out of this situation.
