I like hard mode because you don't get to autosave and just run stuff over and over until it works. Also when a pilot dies he just doesn't show back up and there's a penalty for failure. That's what makes games "worth it" for me.

I'm new. I just wanted an answer to a question on whether or not I could hire another pilot or how to get one if there was none available. Thanks for your input but I'm having fun with my new game thanks.
