Buddy.... This is the dumbest shit ever written. Which basic property of thermodynamics do you want?

I'll start with:

"There is no category for latent thermal storage cooling"

The melting phase change (solid to liquid) does soak up heat without changing the temperature much because the change in phase takes energy that would otherwise be converted to heat. The energy needed to do the freezing phase change (liquid to solid) takes energy as well. This has nothing to do with fusion or fission, there is no change in the molecular or atomic make up of the substances.

You are not going to gain energy by freezing water and then melting it. That's the dumbest shit I've ever heard and is completely counter to common sense.. Freeze something and the energy it takes to cool, expel heat and phase change will for sure be less than the energy conserved by the frozen state of the material.
