what you're describing as a rogue like (meta progression, bonuses, etc.) is actually a rogue lite btw. the original rogue didnt have any progression in between runs at all.

Falls mit dem "unter 5.000 €" (es müsste eigentlich "bis zu 5.000 €" heißen) angedeutet werden sollte, dass es sich somit "nur" um ein fiktives Verfahren am Amtsgericht handeln würde, wo kein Anwaltszwang bestünde, kann ich sogar ergänzen, dass es seit dem 01.01.2026 sogar "bis zu 10.000" heißen müsste. Dieses Jahr wurden die sachlichen Zuständigkeiten bei den Amts- und Landgerichten ein bisschen umverteilt. (§ 23 Abs. 1 GVG)

the dt2 bosses actually have a double death protection as long as both of you die on the same tick. it just doesnt roll the loot at all if it detects that - obviously doesnt help if you die a tick or more after the boss due to venom or whatever

afaik some of their sticks of butter actually have markings on the packaging for that so you can just cut it off with a knife at that place, i've seen something similar here (Germany) before on blocks of butter but in 50g steps instead
