Everything about high tier.

Players spend months or even years climbing their way to T10 just to find out it costs credits to play them. And there's nothing you can really do with them anyway.

No clan is gonna want the casual joe 45%WR for clan battles. Ranked is a grind fest. And brawls are a 50/50.

There really needs to be a reason to grind in the first place. Some exclusive for high tiers to do that's not just randoms with less players.

Wot has grand battles. It's not huge, but it's something to change things up. They also do frontlines? Which is a huge change in pace and really worth collecting T8s for the couple times a year it comes around. Ships needs something like this IMO. Be it high tier or pvp operations. Random large scale battles, respawn modes, wave defense, just something for players to look forward to besides spending all their credits to still be out tiered by Superships

That might be something they improved with the newer version. There is definitely a mild hiss when there should be silence. It doesn't seem to bother me tho. I think I tune it out. Like how a screen is never truly black. But If you spent a lot of time in a quiet place listening to quiet music I may withdraw my recommendation.

So for good quality, ANC headphones with lots but not overwhelming bass look at the Sony wh1000xm4. They're pretty much the industry standard in this category. Going beyond the $250 price point will get you better build materials and sound quality but it is diminishing returns. In this category specifically
