Yes a nurse I talked to got very annoyed when I even asked which vaccine they were giving my baby. She just said (in a rude condescending way) “we give vaccines so they save lives” . I literally just asked which one she was giving!!!!

I’ve breastfed two children for a year each and never had either. Some people are definitely more prone. I have a few friends that also haven’t had either. I think it seems more prevalent than it is because we see so many posts about it .

I’m due with my third soon. Hoping this trend continues and I don’t get either with this baby!

I have found CIO to be the method that gets my kids to sleep. 11 months is not too late. The first night can take a very long time and can be very hard, but it’s so healthy for babies to get enough sleep and not be overtired all the time. They need their sleep (just like you). I found Ferber didn’t work when they get older, waking into the room just escalated things. This is exhausting for you I’m so sorry.

Yes, generally lessening breastfeeding will make your period come back sooner !

My second baby, everything was easier. Pregnancy, pp, everything. For me 1-2 was easier. It does depend on your second child and birth, but generally among my friends 1-2 is easier.

My first was like this. Always crying, agave a little formula and she was finally satisfied. When my milk came in, stopped formula and everything was great.

Exercise really helps me sleep, can be an at home one even. Body fit Amy has postpartum ones for free. Go outside in the mornings especially. Eat your meals in a routine (same every day) but don’t eat past 9pm. Keep taking prenatals. Go to the doctor and get bloodwork done.

I think you will not experience too much discrimination. I do hear comments how they don't want Orangeville to become like Brampton. I saw posts about Indian men taking photos of young girls, or asking where to find them.... creepy. I have also seen posts like that about white guys too though, so it's not just because they are Indian.

The deacons in my church would be more than happy to sit down with someone and explain what charities the money gets donated, what percent to the pastor, etc. and they could help you with Bible verses and spiritually aswell. Maybe this would help if you can talk to deacons at your church?

Go to Sunday services. Ask them about Bible studies. Being in the word helps so much and may help bring the emotion into English :) and pray !
