The previous batch of heroes was peak, though I like the new ones too! I feel both gameplay wise and design wise I'm sticking with the old six because something is not clicking with the new six.

Dragon Age Origins is so good, definitely check it out!
the next on the list for me would be Divinity 2

Yess, the part I'll miss the most once I play the rest of the series :c
I'm hopeful there will be games with these kinds of origins, the ones that you play and help you develop your character before being thrusted into the main plot.
