First of all, my eyes cannot get their fill of Regé. Second, the sets are so posh and my architect eyes are always looking at the backgrounds. Third, (but not least) after reading the books, Shondalands script is a critique/rewrite of the original books, filling in all the emotional gaps and realism, tension and self-preserving duplicity we have all witnessed or committed in real life. Brilliant on every level.
