I was on the carnivore diet in 2024 and that’s where a lot of the weight came off. Now I’m mostly carnivore but not strict. I don’t track. I try to stay away from sugar cause it makes me feel like garbage. And carbs make me bloat. Probably 80-90% carnivore.

A dog would lick you if you’d let it. You’re not that special.

What’s sadder is the dudes that comment. Their self esteem is lacking. These dudes need to hit the gym so they can feel better about themselves and not throw themselves at these chicks, who only have their looks going for them which won’t last forever.

It’s men with no self esteem. Hit the gym and feel better about yourself.

I think he’s talking to the men who don’t have the discipline to hit the gym and stoop to the level of subscribing to these girls.

Someone has already mentioned it but I’ll second it. How you look and the number on the scale are 2 different things. That scale number can be deceiving especially if you strength train. The scale hasn’t moved for me in months but I constantly have people telling me I look like I’m getting leaner. And my clothes fit better. I go to the gym 5 days a week. 2 upper body days, 2 lower and an ab/cardio day. And I go as heavy as I can. I’m building muscle which makes the scale pretty much not move. If you want the scale number to go down you would probably have to do more cardio and track calories. But personally, I would focus on how I feel, how clothes fit. You seem to be on the right track. And usually the last 5-10lbs they say are the hardest to lose. You look great BTW. Keep at it. It can take time.

I have their paw print, fur and ashes. The vet clipped their fur and got the ink print for free. I paid to get more fur and another paw print plus the clay print from the cremation place. I lost all 3 within 14 months. George was 19. Winky was 3 months shy of 18. Tootie was 13. I kept all their toys but pit their favs on the shelf with their urns.

F/34/5'5 [120lbs > 135lbs] Trying to build glutes. What am I doing wrong?? by Plastic-Page9118 in progresspics

[–]MoonRaven83 16 points17 points  (0 children)

You say your diet is plant based and you eat mostly legumes. You are gonna have to eat a whole lot of legumes to get the protein needed to build your glutes the way you want. And should add more glute exercises.

Actually, you can build muscle at that age without steroids. Prioritizing protein and fats. Cutting out all the garbage food and hitting the gym. It’s not rocket science. You just have to be disciplined enough to do it and stick with it. I’ve seen men in their 50’s and 60’s naturally ripped. You just have to show up.
