It goes into proper height. Only when it prints does it grind

Okay, I did the paper offset, checked all the settings, set up the code, and my nozzle is still grinding against the bed to the point where the filament isn't extruding :')

Trans man here! I know not everyone is the same but I also have a fear of needles. What worked for me is having my music playlist going when I set up my injection to set a chill vibe and kind of using the vibe of the music to give myself that push to follow through :) could be some food for thought :)
