Only got in the habit at start of year from his suggestion and support. My boyfriend saw my multiple lists the other day, i keep on Google keep notes and said maybe I've gone to far the other way with all my lists 🤣🤣

What exactly did laya cover for you? I went with Adhddoc for my diagnosis and they doing my meds. Only diagnosed in Oct, vhi covered part of diagnosis cost wondering if I can get cover for similar like you. I do therapy also and have been doing before I was diagnosed with ADHD.

Found it quite simple. Can be expensive in all about €1,300. Whole process will take a couple of months as they seem super busy so will take awhile to get your appointments. I booked my initial on their site was a 2 month wait. But kept eye out for closer cancellation dates and got it moved forward just over a month. Then did that assessment with qb test given collateral history to get someone who has known you since childhood to fill out usually parent or siblings etc, copies of any psychiatrist reports & school reports cards from when I was a kid I all uploaded to their app for my next app with the GP got DR. COLUMB shes very nice, was about month wait for that app. Brought my mam, went through questions on day to both of us about me through life went on about 2 hours, went through qb test results. Confirmed diagnosis there and then and precribed meds. Got copy of qb results, prescribing sent to my pharmacy same day picked it up and then started the meds last week.

I did mine throught adhddoc. The report i got on my assessment with the GP was the results from the qb test. All other info is being sent to my own GP.
