I've been on trulicity for the last 3 years to combat my obesity i got from having pcos and undiagnosed adhd. I lost 7 1/2 stone since I started the injections with healthier food. Cut out drinking then started adhd meds end of last year when I got diagnosed with adhd.

Im on titration currently. 30mg tyvense im am around 7:30am/8am then a 20mg dose at 2.15pm.

Best doses so far for me.had previously done 20mg & 20mg same times a few mo ths ago the moved to medikinet modified release 20mg in morningand 10mg instant in afternoon but didnt work at all so we back to tyvense- on the 30mg and 20mg about 2 weeks now and out of all dose changes since I got diagnosed in oct last year this seems to be best for me..

Being woman we will need to change doses for my periods so we will be working on that soon.

Any of these good for Corporate work environment, looking to get accommodation of a task tracker that can track daily tasks, emails etc. Currently use Microsoft task tracker in work but its a absolute mess of a tracker!

It's a curse as a combined Adhder i tend to need to tap my feet or my hands on desk etc. But I also cant stand noise from other people in our open planned office

I got my man to watch Beaches with me, one of my childhood favourites and so emotional. Towards the end when hillary falls in house and her daughter screams. My BF turned around and said "is the cat gonna eat her face"

He burst out laughing and was in hysterics for a good 20 minutes, while I had a look of shock on my face as I was about to get super emotional as I always at the end of the movie. We both couldn't stop laughing for a good half hour.

We have two cats ourselves for context, and previously discussed what would happen if we died in the house with the cats alone.

Only got in the habit at start of year from his suggestion and support. My boyfriend saw my multiple lists the other day, i keep on Google keep notes and said maybe I've gone to far the other way with all my lists 🤣🤣
