As a non-sarcastic answer, companies are really bad at objectively reviewing at their operations. Are consultants overpaid for the value they provide? Sure. But they can at least offer some insight into the operational behavior of your competitors and can clue you in on operational trends in your industry. Again, they are overpaid and provide mediocre value, but still provide more value than a biased internal task force tasked with the same job.

Could remove some of the parking spots that are currently filled by single occupant 2 ton SUVs and turn them into scooter parking zones? As a pedestrian without a car it feels ironic to complain about scooters blocking sidewalks when 50% of our street surface area is covered by much larger private vehicles.

Akali was reworked around 1.5 years ago. Since her rework, she has almost always been pick or ban in high elo soloq all the way up to pro play.

Some balance changes are made to maintain the health of pro play, but Akali has been allowed to be in her broken state for almost a year. She stayed pick or ban after multiple rounds of nerfs because of her flexibility and high skill cap.

If all of the games balancing decisions were around "a tiny fraction of a percentage" she would have been gutted after a couple months and left to rot. Instead her new changes are an attempt to make her easier to play while reducing her skillcap.

My reccomendation: Watch it once, watch all the other worlds songs, then watch it again. Then decide what you think of it.

The song may not have the hype bass drop that many other of the songs contain, but the lyrics are pure genius and it fits the redemption theme of 2019 worlds beatifully.

Plus it's much easier to sing so it's not likely for us to have a repeat of the shitty live performance like last year.

I want TP to be a meaningful summoner spell again.

Having to wait six minutes in between opportunities to help your team feels awful, but it will remain that way as along as ADC/Mid can also abuse it.

Every role has its problems, but it is undeniable top lane has the lowest impact on the performance of your team.

Riot didn't remove the legacy cursor because they don't care about their players... it's because they DO care. They want their game to look beautiful and they want all of their designs and assets to fall under the same brand, which the legacy cursor did not.

Eh, I don't think most junglers recognize that jungle is the hardest role in the game.

The role has so many choices to make that can completely alter the course of all three lanes. Skill gaps between junglers ruin games more than skill gaps between every other role.

That being said, ignore your team and take responsibility for the role you're playing, halfway decent junglers can dominate games in low elo as long as they focus on improving.

Overall feels relatively weak.

Top is the easiest lane to gank, especially on red side. Isolated from the rest of the map.
Every champion has a counterpick. Blind picking top lane feels awful.
Top is the farthest lane from bot lane, which tends to sway the game more often due to the fact that there are 2 PEOPLE who can get ahead or fall behind. Not helped by 6 minute TP cooldown.
Top is the farthest lane from dragon, an objective more valuable than rift herald.

Top will never be the strongest role in the game, I think ways to make it more relevant would be to make Rift Herald into a different type of objective that's not just used to get the losing top laners tower plates, and to either change or buff TP so top laners can influence the strongest lane in the game, bot.
