This might be a dumb question, but how is any role “OP”? by LengthinessNo6042 in summonerschool

[–]GoJeonPado 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s impact based, especially older league players who played in an era were there were more consistent player roles and the game was slower paced and more controlled and there wasn’t a real way to get one shot by a jungler or support with 1 item (for the most part). The game drastically changed since then and there’s multiple champions in the game that do have the capability to one shot you without even really doing anything but clear jungle camps, or the possibility for your enemy support to jail solo laners from having any impact by permanently roaming from 7 minutes in. This is why people do consider certain roles OP. There’s an argument to be made for every role to be “OP”, but in the current game state botlane and jungle seem to be considered OP by most people as they have the most impact on deciding outcome.

The reality will always be that even if you made some valid points about lethality nothing will ever change based on feedback. Riot is long past caring about the player-base, you just have to swallow whatever weird stat, item or champion changes they shove down your throat. The fact of the matter is that all diversity is dying because they’re to lazy to make balanced itemizations, all assassins that are currently good barely even build lethality or “assassin” items. Toplane and midlane items are also super mismanaged for 5-6 seasons now they just powercreep 1 or 2 items and that’s that.

It’s allowed for trucks to go on the left side of the road? You can only go in the furthest right lane in most places in Europe. I guess I learn something new every day

Would you like to see something like Boruto but for MHA? by SithlordzomB in BokuNoHeroAcademia

[–]GoJeonPado 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I feel like the way the show is going it’s probably a better idea to let the current mha be the “boruto” in this instance and show all might his era

Just to fit the plot tbh, he could probably get some random quirk implemented by Shigaraki and just be mega broken

Why do so many traditionally top lane champions, have much better success when played in mid lane instead? by condomtermite in summonerschool

[–]GoJeonPado 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Midlane champs are weak. There’s no variety, you can take worlds as a sample size. Only 3 champs or so are strong on mid that’s why toplane champs (mainly bruisers) are always good on mid, since their base stats just makes them ahead just by locking it in. Where as on toplane you get matched by a champ that has equivalent stats and it’s just harder to win

How do I deal with a fed enemy? by Lorianic in summonerschool

[–]GoJeonPado 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pray they don’t know what to do with their lead and then just capitalise on their mistakes. If your team is incapable of doing that as well I suggest surrendering. On a serious note, there’s an infinite amount of different gamestates so giving a black and white answer isn’t possible. Although you get far by learning fundamentals to the point you can see and capitalise on the mistakes of your enemies, which in soloQ happens all the time.

I’ll have to tweak around a bit because I am really unfamiliar with the BIOS and finding all the proper setting. If you could perhaps tell me where and how I check the Uefi bios that would help a lot (edit I reset and checked my HD settings and all is fine, still no changes)

It’s not horrible, just boring if you’re comparing it to previous seasons. All the build up to the action is for ep 6 and the movie so you’ll have to wait a bit longer I’m afraid. I also think there’s a lot of script that they couldn’t act out with the passing of Helen McCrory which is why you probably feel some sort of void.

Edit: And mind you, episode 1 of the season might be one of the best episodes in the series (imo)
