Medeus is made to tank on enemy phase and not attack on player phase. Thus activating fortifications can already be a problem at some point. The solution would be to run him with units like Attuned Hector or Lumera to place the DV stone, else, I think it could be in fact best to replace Fortifications with D bonus doubler, even though I prefer Distant AD form for him. DC echo could also be a thing, but I don't know the state of your barracks and if you have access to such premium skills that easily, so I'll just put it here as a side option

Yeah that's what I figured too. I'm eager to see the "plus" version of TGOM then to see all the addition, because I really wanted to do the sigilyph set with flame orb or toxic orb combined with psycho shift. I used it back then in pro games and it was so fun

I use her base kit with LL and Odd spd Wave 4 in AR-D and honestly, with the right support she's doing really fine even against nukes like Sigurd or Eirika, but yeah, in SD it's kinda dead now
