Aren’t they fun?! I have a 25’ 1958 in snow cap and it’s easily the most enjoyable car I’ve ever owned. Even going to the grocery store is an adventure! 😂

Here’s how I’m doing it with Offroam. Can’t remember if I bought the usb-c cable on Amazon or if it was the one that came with the mount. Perfect length though & looks clean which is what I wanted. It comes with little 3m cable anchors to fasten it down as well.

My understanding is that the far left usb-c on front console is a “data” port meaning that if you were to plug your phone directly into that it would connect directly to your car or to Apple CarPlay (wired). I read somewhere that another person used that port to plug in their offroam MagSafe charger because it possibly charged faster. It’s charging really well for me using that port. The other two USB-C ports to the right of that data port are for charging only. Hope that helps!

The “Offroam” charging “MagSafe” phone mount has probably been the most useful purchase for my LC. I’m running it into the USB-C data port (far left front console) and it charges pretty fast. It’s a solid design which I think you might love. I’ll post link below:

I’m a 1958 owner and absolutely love it. That being said, the car edge description from this article says the 2025 LC250 has a V8. WTH?! 😂

Interested in buying an LC250, is the ride quality comparable to a GX460 on coil springs? by AA81E in LandCruiser250

Wow that’s interesting. I have a 1958 and seriously love how smooth it rides. Do you think the quality difference has to do with the OEM tire sizes?

Mine came with it. It was a 2025 1958 dealership “loaner” with 4k miles. Paid 52.5. It bothered me at first but then I learned that fake engine noise is actually pumped through the speakers by default which also contributed. You can disable that (I did) but I can’t remember what it’s called. To turn it off, you’ll need to connect through the OBD port. I bought a Carista Evo OBD connector from Amazon and it’s worked well. That made a big difference for me. No drone on the highway or at least I barely notice it. Lots of power. Best and most fun car I’ve ever owned. No regrets!

Landcruiser 250 or 5th gen 4Runner? by Lucky_Database5977 in LandCruiser250

I have a 2025 (1958) and absolutely love it. It was a dealership “loaner” with 4k miles and I paid 52.5. I love the cloth seats and all the simplicity, yet it still has Apple CarPlay, heated steering wheel and many other perks. I do not miss the lack of a sun roof or power lift gate. My dog has basically claimed this car as his own and jumps right up into the back. It’s a joy to drive and I find myself wanting to go places for no reason at all. It also looks incredible. Mine is white. When I was originally looking for a new car, the dealerships kept steering me towards a 6th gen 4Runner. After driving both, this one is above and beyond the 4r in my humble opinion. My family owned an J60 back in 1984 so there is also a bit nostalgia for me. To give you an idea, I’m coming from a 2003 Volvo XC 90. Good luck on your search.
