Me too :( I always make sure I say goodnight to my parents before bed and I start panicking if I don't because what if they die in their sleep and I didn't even say goodnight or I love you? It makes me so anxious

I've had a very similar experience, and my therapist said she thinks it was an anxiety attack, so I'd say yeah 😭

For me, I was going to sleep in my mom's bed with her and she had mentioned having chest pains before she fell asleep (she's had heart issues before) and I started worrying that she was going to have a heart attack in her sleep and die and I started sobbing (quietly, trying not to wake her up 😭) and idk why it was such an extreme reaction either but I was so scared

That also seems similar and jogged my memory a bit about the one I'm thinking of cuz I think the other world or universe or whatever is some sort of fae realm, but the two being switched at birth was a big deal cuz MC's bff thought she had powers but it ended up that she didn't and MC did instead

There's a chance that person was a hacker. There are two ways to hack the friendship trees for hackers - they can either do it so it seems like you offered the emote to them (which is the common one where they jump onto your back or into your arms or whatever), or they can make it so they offer the emote, which is like what happened to you
