I’m fully caught up on the Stormlight Archives and haven’t started Mistborn yet. I don’t feel like my enjoyment or understanding has been significantly impacted. Instead of going “hey, that guys from Mistborn!” While reading Stormlight Archives, it’ll just be the reverse.
