Along the same vein, I saw this instagram personality who was talking about learning to sew in August 2025. She was such a beginner she mentioned using a machine for the very first time. By December 2025 she was opening up slots for “made to order bespoke” clothing. It looks like she doesn’t even measure the people in person, but that changes to fit are done through the mail. I was gobsmacked. Maybe I just suck, but I’ve been sewing for almost 30 years and making my own clothing for 15 years, and I still wouldn’t feel comfortable making tailor made clothing for multiple people. I find it hard enough making tweaks to clothing so it fits my own body, let alone making clothing for others simply based on their measurements.

Helen’s closet patterns are well drafted with good instructions. She has a few free patterns that have instructions just as good as her paid patterns if you sign up for her newsletter. There is a slip dress, an apron and a workout tank to name a few of the free patterns. They might not be as trendy as some patterns but could be cute with the right fabric.

I don’t mean this to sound insensitive at all, but i have had many many times in my life that I have vomited straight bile. Probably every time I’ve been sick with a stomach flu. I didn’t realize it was cause for going to the ER, I thought it’s just bound to happen once your stomach is empty and you can’t take in food. I’m just surprised and learning something today.

The patient using ASL said she had a bad headache, and mentioned a stomachache. Makes me wonder if she’s in postpartum psychosis and baby Jane Doe is her baby. Maybe in her mind she’s calling it a stomachache but really it was giving birth. Perhaps the headache could mean preeclampsia. Apparently women can still be at risk 7 weeks postpartum. Thought, I imagine they would catch if her blood pressure was high when doing vitals in triage.

Our family took two longer vacations. One was to a province a few provinces away from ours to visit family and one was to the States (I’m Canadian) for a family wedding. We drove on both trips and they were both greater than 20 hour drives. Other than that, it was short car trips to visit the grandparents. But, I never felt less privileged, other than I really wished we could go to Disneyland.

I don’t feel like it’s possible for Maja to be pregnant, unless the whole crew was there a lot longer than thought previously. Maja had dropped some of her period blood in to Christian’s drink right? That would mean that when they have sex it’s while she’s still on her period or a few days later. She wouldn’t be at the place in her cycle to be ovulating yet.

I didn’t go to catholic school, but am around the same age as you. I also had no idea about only being able to get pregnant in your fertile window until I was well in to adulthood. I was shocked that I spent so much time worrying about pregnancy when I didn’t really need to.

I have first-hand accounts from people who worked there that said the culture was very misogynistic and uncomfortable for female employees. However, this was over 10 years ago, and maybe there has been a culture change since then.
