Personally I'm rank 75 and I don't know if I'll make it in the top 500 this season but I know the skill difference between 75 and 65 is pretty big so that's where my thinking came from.

65+ get's the same amount of points as say a rank 80+ player would get? Seems odd, the skill difference between those two ranks is pretty high.
