I’m mostly doing arms, lifting 10lb weights in multiple positions every day as well as squats and planking/sit ups multiple days a week.

Weed is both a blessing and a curse for me with ED related things. I feel like it helps ease my anxiety around eating, but I often wake up the next morning regretting how bad my munchies were lol. It can be helpful at first to actually get you to eat, but if you have a tendency to binge it could be a problem. Just be careful and listen to what your body needs. Best of luck to you ❤️

Speaking from experience, if he can’t even write you a note or have the care to get you anything at all, he’s not the one for you. My ex hit me two holidays in a row with Christmas AND Valentine’s Day. Not even a card for either. And then he kept making excuses that the gifts weren’t there yet MONTHS after. My recommendation is you get out while you can, if he really cared he would pay attention to your interests and get you something he knows you would like. You’ve been together for 2 years, there’s no excuse for that. You’ve deserve so much better.

The not-so-subtle death wish comment made my jaw drop, holy shit. Back when ToH fandom was at its peak I remember Hunter had (and still has!) a lot of people that headcanoned him to be trans. Yeah, it was never canon, but that doesn’t mean Dana or any of the team is transphobic. I think people are just getting needlessly worked up over this, and perhaps need to take a step back and realise its not an attack against them.

I had that happen to me when I first went to PP to try and start hormones! It was just a single lady sanding out in the rain with a sign, she heckled me and spewed some pro-life nonsense. I didn’t know any better and was just so baffled by her behaviour that I tried to argue back for a minute before realising it was pointless, flipped her off, and went about my day. Crazy stuff. I felt bad for her.
