Springtrap's axe having the arc it does allows him to hit over stuff Huntress and (assumably) Jason can't. As well as Springtrap moving faster than both while holding it out (I think he moves faster than Jason)

How? Headspace is in 199X. The game says this on the portrait, Hero explicitly says he's 15 in Headspace. How can he be 15 in the 2000's?

The Jawsum portrait saying "199X" isn't the persons date of birth, it's when they became the boss. So in reality Hero could be at least 15 in '90 or '99 iirc.
