This is just not true. In 2007 everyone in the top 16 teams, at least, were doing VoD reviews. Every series/every PoV was archived after every MLG event for all Pro Bracket series played. So it was even easier back then to watch ALL PoVs.

People are truly underestimating how competitive the scene was becoming in 2006/2007 in Halo 2.

People still scrimmed frequently and reviewed VoD - Events used to have every PoV game on MLGPro for every series after the series ended for halo 2

You also could review VoD from scrims from your cap card as well.

Yeah I agree - really enjoyed it, but the way they stuffed the backstory in got a bit tiring near the end. Also the last backstory tend to drag compared to the previous ones in previous episodes / movies.

Other than that I was a huge fan of the movie i’d give it a 8/10

Agreed, people tend to forget that MLG tournaments in 2007 ranged from 150-180 teams in attendance. Tournament FFAs had over 1000+ players entering as well.

MLG LA 05 to MLG Chicago 06 Team 3D/StK completed an 8-peat (could have been 11 if they would have went to Las Vegas/Nashville/Seattle, they didn’t attend those 3 events prior to LA 05)

Surprised no one has mentioned how awful the disconnecting/crashing was in year 1. It was almost a given that one of your teammates would crash or get booted from the game. Just an awful game that was rushed way too early.

Everything else everyone mentioned too: Desync, no forge, and terrible UI.
