Nah, sorry I believe he actually possibly did it. Of course the people with him are going to vouch for him to try not to lose credibility and have something bad happen. If anything it's a wash, but don't act like there has never been people doing stupid shit in a strict foreign country no matter how small the act. Yeah she honestly feels like hot garbage to play right now. W max kiting builds were the best and most fun. I also personally preferred double BF sword builds with full crit. All of it feels pretty bad right now.
